Delivery Info

During checkout, the system will automatically select the cheapest shipping method available. If there are multiple shipping methods available the shipping method can be modified during checkout.

If your order exceeds 25kg in total weight the system will automatically select Bulk Shipping as the only method available.

Courier Delivery

Orders received before 14:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days.

Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be processed and despatched on the next working day and you will receive your order within 2 to 3 working days.

Please also note that whilst we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee the above delivery schedule as deliveries are done by a third party courier company.

Full tracking details will be provided once your order has been despatched. 

In the event that there is no one available to receive the order, the item can either be left in a safe place, left with a neighbour, or returned to the couriers local depot and delivery will be attempted again.

Bulk Shipment Delivery

For orders weighing over 25kg we offer a bulk shipping service. Bulk shipping is palletised and is designed for heavy/bulky goods such as soil and fertilizer.

Please allow up to 3 working days to receive your order.

Heavy Items

Certain heavy items such as bags of fertiliser and soil must be delivered by pallet and carriage is charged as Bulk Shipping.

Note: we do not offer free delivery on heavy goods due to the cost of transportation.

Damages & Shortages

It is vital that all orders are checked on delivery and we are notified of any damages or shortages within 24 hours. In these cases, it is best to call or email us to let us know. To speed the process up we may on occasion ask for images of the damage.


We will aim to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will require the item to be returned to us, and once this has happened we can either offer you a refund or resend the item.
