Sow thinly in drills 1cm (½") deep with 30cm (12") between rows.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
Thin out the seedlings as they grow to an eventual spacing of 30cm (12"). Thinnings can be used in salads.
8-10 weeks after sowing
If space is limited, small blocks of broadcast seed can be sown and cropped by picking leaves as required.
A good source of antioxidants such as beta-carotene, lutein and vitamin C as well as vitamin K.
